Therabody Recovery Therm Back LED

ThermBack LED transforms how you manage lower back pain. With a combination of heat with infrared, vibration, and LED light, this wearable wrap provides fast-acting relief from lower back pain at home or on-the-go. Say goodbye to your basic heating pad and embrace a smarter way to ease back discomfort. ThermBack LED delivers precisely placed, science-backed doses of each therapy—heat with infrared across the entire lower back, vibration on muscles and tissues, and LED along the spine.

When combined, these therapies work together to relieve lower back pain, improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and speed up the recovery process more effectively than heat alone. The sleek, comfortable design stays in place with everyday movement and fits most body shapes with easily adjustable Velcro straps and extra elastic compression straps that provide a more personalized fit. Whether you're a gym enthusiast suffering from repetitive strain, a golfer wanting to play a round without discomfort, or simply seeking relief from impeding lower back pain, ThermBack LED is a convenient, effective way to get back to doing the things you love.

4 therapies in 1 for effective lower back pain relief: Heat increases blood flow to ease pain and stiffness, Far Infrared delivers deep-penetrating heat to enhance circulation, Vibration stimulates muscles to relieve soreness, and LED penetrates deep into muscles and joints to reduce inflammation

Designed to target specific areas of the back and spine for maximum benefits - heat with infrared across the entire lower back, vibration on muscles and tissues, and LED along the spine. The device automatically turns off after 20 minutes when you have completed the science-backed treatment dose.

Customize your treatment from the built-in control panel to fit your specific needs. Choose from 3 levels of fast-acting heat plus far infrared therapy, 3 vibration patterns and optional LED therapy, each of which can be used independently or combined for maximum therapeutic benefits.

Offers custom relief from different types of back pain—whether you're a gym enthusiast suffering from a minor muscle tweak, a golfer wanting to play a round without discomfort, or you need relief from chronic back pain from the comfort of home.
