Key Features

In-built grinder because the best coffee starts with freshly ground beans
Grinding right before brewing unlocks more flavour, aroma and a fresher-tasting cup. For anyone looking to move beyond instant coffee or pods, it's an easy way to elevate your daily coffee ritual and enjoy a café-quality cup at home. It’s less waste, and more taste.

Automatic grinding, dosing and tamping for consistently great flavour
Patented technology automatically adjusts the grind level, then precisely doses and tamps the ground beans to consistently extract the best flavour and aroma from your choice of beans. No need for barista skills, simply swipe the handle to activate, and the Baristina takes care of the rest.

A café-style espresso in less than 60 seconds
Simply add your beans into the hopper, water in the tank, choose your drink of choice and swipe the handle. With Ideal grind size, accurate dosing and 16-bar pressure pump, you can enjoy full flavour and a rich, golden crema in under 60 seconds in one swipe.

Easy everyday cleaning & maintenance
After every brew, simply remove the portafilter, eject the ground beans puck with in-built button and rinse. The drip tray is dishwasher safe, or rinse under the tap. No need for messy knock boxes, no hidden compartments to maintain and no complicated steps. Every 1000 cups, we recommend soaking your portafilter in warm soapy water, but that’s a lot of coffee in between!

Quiet and Compact
Even with an in-built grinder, the Philips Baristina is only 18cm wide and 35cm high. And did we mention it’s quiet? Enjoy early morning or late-night coffees without waking up the neighbourhood.

Extra intense setting
Boost the intensity at the touch of a button, and the machine brews more volume of coffee for an extra caffeine hit.

And yes, you can use pre-ground coffee too: when you feel like switching things up, to try new beans before committing, or a decaf night-cap, simply add pre-ground coffee beans directly into the portafilter and the machine will brew it to perfection.
