LUMIX S PRO Lens
To satisfy even the most expressive photographer, exceptionally strict standards were applied to produce the LUMIX S PRO lens from start to finish – planning, design, development and production. Absolutely no compromise was made to total excellence in rendering, bokeh, or depth. The resulting high performance and superb quality pass every stringent evaluation standard used in a Leica lens.2
Capturing Nature in Detail
This wide-angle zoom lens combines top-level resolution with a lightweight, compact design. Its resolution performance excels throughout the zoom range and in every pixel of the image. In addition, the focus actuator with double magnet linear motor helps deliver 480 fps AF control for high-speed, high-accuracy AF performance. To support outstanding video recording, the lens is designed to minimize focus breathing and make smooth exposure changes. In both still photography and video, the LUMIX S PRO 16-35mm F4 delivers uncompromising quality and expressive power.
Dust, Splash and Freeze-resistant Design1
The S-R1635 wide angle lens is built to withstand harsh weather conditions thanks to its dust and splash resistant construction, and is designed to keep shooting in temperatures as low as -10 °C.
Ideal for Video Recording
The S-R1635 wide angle lens is suitable for both stills and video recording. The lens offers stunningly responsive autofocus and smooth aperture changes to minimise exposure jumps. This top-level performance allows you to record beautiful, ultra-sharp 4K video. In addition, the silent design of the lens makes possible enhanced audio capture.
