Canon EOS R8 II Full Frame Mirrorless Camera RF 24-50 STM Lens Kit

Created to Explore
Explore creative looks, capture fleeting moments, create slow or fast-motion cinematic videos all in-camera, so you can capture more, edit less and share wherever you go.

24.2MP Full Frame CMOS Sensor
Capture stunning image quality with a 24MP Full-Frame sensor, delivering rich detail, natural colours and beautiful bokeh. The larger sensor also helps achieve cleaner results in low light, making it ideal for portraits, travel and everyday photography.

In-Body Image Stabilisation
5-axis in-body stabilisation keeps handheld low-light shots sharp, whether it's a dim laneway at dusk or a candid moment on a moving train, no tripod required.

40 FPS Burst Mode to Capture Fleeting Moments
Shoot up to 40 fps with the electronic shutter so you can capture the exact moment a scene comes together without missing the shot.

Pre-Continuous Shooting
Capture up to 20 frames even before you fully press the shutter. Perfect for spontaneous travel moments and fast action ensuring you never miss a moment.

Incredible Low-Light Performance
Capture more detail in challenging lighting with ISO range of 100–102,400, expandable to 204,800. From dimly lit interiors to night-time scenes, enjoy clean, detailed images even when light is limited.

Advanced Subject Tracking
Stay locked onto your subject with intelligent autofocus that recognises and tracks people, animals and vehicles with precision.

Slow & Fast Motion Mode
Capture smooth slow-motion, or speed things up with fast-motion recording all with the effect baked directly into your footage, so there’s no need to adjust playback speed post production.

Register People Priority Function
Lock focus on the starts of the show, even through large crowds in stills or movies. Register and prioritise up to 10 people in camera.

Canon LOG 3
Unlock greater flexibility in post-production with Canon Log 3, preserving a wide dynamic range and more detail in highlights and shadows. Ideal for those who want greater control over colour grading and a cinematic look.

In-Camera LUT Support
Apply custom LUTs directly in-camera to preview your creative look while shooting, or bake the LUT into your footage for a finished look straight out of camera. Spend less time colour grading and get footage closer to your final look from the moment you hit record.

Creative Filmtones and Filters
Personalise your images and videos with in-camera Creative Filters. Adjust the filter strength in 10% increments, from subtle to bold, so you can fine-tune each look to match your style.

4K 60P Video with XF-HEVC S / XF-AVC S
Capture smooth, detailed 4K video at up to 60p without a crop. Recorded in the space-efficient XF-HEVC S codec or the broadly compatible XF-AVC S codec, footage is ready for demanding edits, fast turnarounds, and integration into professional video workflows.
